PAINT FILLER & PATCHING COMPOUND
FILLER DESCRIPTION
ULTRALITE Patching Compound is produced from volcanic sand known as perlite. It is "Silicious" and very inert in nature. When heated, it explodes to powder form and milled further to extra fineness. It will not melt in acid, mild alkalies and water.
EASY APPLICATION WHEN PAINTING
ULTRALITE's high absorptive capacity keeps under control the heavy oil paints which tend to cause as pull under the brush. The consistency when mixed is ideal for smooth and easy application. it enables painter to produce a rich uniform flat finish without lapping.
STRONG ADHESION PROPERTY
The irregular shape of the particles provides paint film to hold to any surface, plain or rough.
PROVIDE FILM SMOOTHNESS AND FLATTING EFFECT
It has an ability to retain the flatting effect even it is ground to a very fine mesh, which no other material can duplicate ,under high speed of grinding.
SAVING/HIGH COATING EFFECT
It maintains a dry hiding or coating power equal to or better than other expensive primer pigment such as magnesium silicate which can save up-to 30% cost.
INCREASED BODY/EXCELLENT EXTENDER
The high oil absorptive capacity of ULTRALITE increased the area covered by the paint due to its ultra lightweight, yet it is very stable as it is extremely inert.
